Dennis Martin has been building a herd of charolais cattle to produce local beef for the past 46 years outside of Shelby, NC with his father on Martin Charolais Farm. A few years ago Dennis stopped by Newgrass Brewing Company in Shelby, NC to see if they had extra brewer's grain he could give to his cattle.
